Amy L. Peck is in private practice with Peck Law Firm, LLC in Omaha, Nebraska, practicing exclusively in immigration law. She is currently an elected member of the America Immigration Lawyers Association (“AILA”) Board of Governors (2008-2011), is the Chair of the EOIR Liaison committee (2008-2010), and is serving as a member of the AILA Inter-Agency Committee (2007-present). Ms. Peck also served as Chair of the Strategic Planning-Membership committee for AILA (2008-2009) and has twice served on the Spring Conference Committee (2008-2010). She was chosen as the Editor for the 2010 AILA Mid-year Conference Book. Ms. Peck is the past Chair of the AILA Privacy Office/FOIA Liaison Committee (2006-2008), and past Chair of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) liaison committee (2004-2006).  Ms. Peck has served on the Healthcare Committee (2006-2007) and the AILA Membership Committee (2002-2003). She is the past Chair of the AILA Iowa-Nebraska Chapter (2001-2003), and previously served as Treasurer (1999-2000).  Ms. Peck is a frequent speaker on worksite enforcement issues, and has recently been quoted in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal on employment and enforcement immigration issues. She received the AILA Presidential Award for her work in worksite enforcement in 2009.
